Akeso Inc. (“Akeso,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that the Smart Balance® mattress system (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below.

This warranty includes three levels of coverage:

For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery:

• The Product is covered in full against manufacturing defects
• Akeso will, at its discretion:

• repair or replace defective components, or

• replace the Product

• labor included

This includes:

• Mattress structure
• Smart system components
• Electronics

For a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery:

Akeso warrants the Smart System and electronic components, including:

• Control panel
• Electronic modules
• Internal system components

Exclusion:

• The sensor pad is considered a consumable component and is not covered under this warranty

For a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery:

Akeso warrants the mattress structure against defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Structural failure
• Foam or support system defects
• Abnormal sagging greater than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) not caused by improper support

Limitation:

• This warranty is limited and may be prorated after the initial warranty period, at Akeso’s discretion.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Failure of structural components under normal use
• Malfunction of covered electronic components

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Comfort preference or changes in firmness
• Improper use, misuse, or abuse
• Failure to follow product instructions (including correct head/foot orientation)
• Damage from liquids, stains, or environmental conditions
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial or non-residential use unless otherwise agreed in writing
• The sensor pad (consumable item)

Smart Balance® is designed to enhance sleep through adaptive support technology.

However:

• Sleep improvement is not guaranteed
• Results may vary by individual

This warranty applies only when the Product is:

• Used in accordance with provided instructions
• Installed on an appropriate foundation or bed frame
• Used for its intended purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akeso Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use or sleep-related outcomes
• Personal injury resulting from misuse of the Product

Akeso reserves the right to:

• Inspect the Product
• Repair or replace components at its discretion
• Substitute comparable models if necessary

Akeso Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this warranty from time to time.

Any changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the updated warranty.

This warranty in effect at the time of purchase will continue to apply to your Product.
